As a Growth Advisor, you earn ongoing commissions through two revenue streams, supported by MasterWorks’ full-service platform.
Our program is designed to create recurring, scalable income while rewarding both your long-term partnerships and direct client registrations.

HOW YOU EARN
Two Commission Streams

MBO Agreements
Earn recurring revenue from every Membership-Based Organization (MBO) you sign.
10% of Net Sales in Year 1, and 5% in subsequent years.
This creates predictable, recurring income. Once an MBO is signed, their activity continues to generate commissions for you as long as you remain Active Seller of Record.
Direct Registration
Earn additional income by registering businesses, organizations, or individuals outside of an MBO.
20% of Net Sales, on top of any MBO commission that applies.
This rewards your personal effort in growing registrations, while still allowing you to benefit from the broader reach of MBO partnerships.

Direct Registrations

Less 3.5% Fee: -$5.78
Net Revenue per Direct Seat: $159.22 (≈ $159)

Year 1+ 20% = $31.84 per seat
*Commissions are always calculated from the actual net revenue collected after discounts and standard payment fees.

Active Seller of Record Status
Recurring commissions are paid while you maintain Active Seller of Record Status.
- To stay active, you must secure at least one new retail client or one new MBO sign-up each month.
- If you miss a month, commissions pause. They are reinstated once Active Status is regained (not retroactive).
